Seaweed are a good source of vitamins and minerals. They contain:

  • Magnesium (wait.. another bone-friendly ?!)
  • Iron (important component of hemoglobin, the substance in red blood cells that carries oxygen from your lungs to transport it throughout your body)
  • Potassium (helping to maintain consistent blood pressure)
  • Iodine (important for cognitive function and maintaining a healthy skin)
  • Zinc (boost the immune system, and preventing lower respiratory infections)

Seaweed is also awesome for:

  • The minerals it contains in the fight against diseases.
