In 2012, at the age of 15, I decided to change my lifestyle. I wanted to change the way I was living. The way I was eating. I wanted to start to workout and train my body.
Since then, I stayed motivated and continued to follow the path of what I call: having a healthy mind in a healthy body.
Eating healthy food, to workout, to take care of your body and to stay fit.
At now the age of 20, I decided to create this blog in order to inspire and motivate others to follow my routine, and my advices.
